I never imagined that this venture would turn into A father-son legacy, but working alongside my son has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Robert McLaughlin
I started working with my father when I was around 10 years old, helping with sales at home and garden shows from San Jose to Sacramento. learning to engage with people and respond thoughtfully to their needs at such a young age helped me to grow personally. after graduating high school in 2008, I began doing the physical work alongside him. initially, it was challenging, but it soon became a brotherhood, and I grew to respect him as my boss. working with him has been the most fulfilling experience, and I am grateful for every moment we share on the job. my dream is to allow him to retire comfortably and continue the work he started the year I was born.
